Defense Pension Administration System (SPARSH) has been introduced in a phased manner for all pensioners of Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force. Sparsh Pension Portal has been launched to ensure right payment at right time to right pensioner through digital processing of more than 30 lakh pensioners. The government has launched an online portal 'Sparsh' (SPARSH), which aims to ease the disbursement of defense pension.
