How to transfer vehicle ownership online

After buying any second hand vehicle, you need to get its Vehicle Ownership Transfer ie RC transferred to your name. Unless you transfer the ownership in your name. Till then you will not be able to legally own that vehicle. Earlier, after buying any second hand vehicle, there was a lot of difficulty in getting the ownership transferred.
